I haven't see any major pile up of stock or trash. The workers aren't outgoing with their customer service, but most TJ Maxx employees are busy stocking or checking out customers. I think the prices are also a reasonable value compared to other locations.

There's produce, tools, plants, clothes, animals.. basically everything. Some of the food vendors have fresh fruit too, so if you look hard enough you can find a healthy snack even. The downside is that people are smoking sporadically and that's a bummer. It can also get pretty hot and there's no shade, so wear sunscreen.

Neither of us knew anyone in the store and there were quite a few people here on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to shop, get help and get checked out in a timely manner all with exceptional service from the people working that day. I always forget about these stores and once I'm inside question why I don't come here more often. If you need anything for home decoration this should be one of the first places you go. While we were there they had a great sale on more than half of the store. In addition if you were in the member club, you received an additional percentage off on anything except for a specific discount sticker color. Quality of items they sell has always seemed to be above average and prices are in line with other stores selling similar items. That being said, the sale prices they had made everything really reasonable. Also, check for the clearance areas for even better savings. All in all a good experience and we will be coming back to shop at this location again.
