Very easy return policy and they help you to get what you want if you are exchanging. So what is High Cotton Style, home décor with southern flare. Everything from artwork to mirrors to candles to place settings to frames to nick knacks to pepper jellies .... the list really goes on and on.....and on. Store is well organized and is a great place to go to find a unique gift for somebody. They have some stuff that is pretty consistent and some items that rotate, so they always seem like they have new stuff on hand. Also, located in downtown Gadsden on main street, you can do quite a bit of shopping and grab some lunch and make a day of it. Highly recommend this place.

All of the furniture had to be unboxed and assembled which we were not told at the time of purchase or would have definitely not bought it . I called up set and complained. when I got home and spent 4 hours unboxing and putting furniture together we realized that they had shorted us a set of Chest of drawers for the main guest room . We called and they said they were going to to refund of delivery fee and bring us the missing furniture the next Monday morning. They refunded the $450 delivery but never brought the missing furniture that I paid over $600 for and now reuse to give us what we paid for . They are not only misleading customers they are now stealing for us .

But in addition to that they have picture frames, outside statues (small), drinkware, place settings, serving trays ... like I said a little bit of everything. Everything seemed to be of good quality and prices varied from inexpensive to expensive (something at every price point). The staff were friendly and checked on us a few times while we were looking through the store and made sure that we didn't need any help. Really a nice little store that has quite a bit of stuff. Something about this store just feels better than other locations. It always seems to be very clean and even though it's organized just like all the other locations I've been in over time, it just seems to have more space available to display the products. Just like all the other locations they have Men's, Women's, Children's, Household items, and occasionally a mixture of other items (exercise, toys, jewelry, etc.) Typically not a lot of staff working so check out can take a few minutes, but that's really about the only negative. Also, keep in mind that selection varies a lot even from store to store and changes up based on what the current season is.

The most recent trip I noticed there was the regular fitting rooms in the back (which are plentiful) were open with an attendant. So I'm not giving the star back but at least I didn't deduct 100 ... so that's fair I think! My search was for something that would actually kill weeks, not get washed away in the rain or (this actually happened once) act like a fertilizer and make the weeds literally double in size over the course of the next week. Staff were helping another person when I arrived, but when they were done with that person they asked how they could help and got me all set up with what I needed.
