The Indpls office staff (at least the ones who I've come across over the phone and a few in person) could've gotten this review one star. I am often met with rude, dismissed, sarcastic staff when trying to ask simple questions. As of this moment (and after a winter storm) my appointment yesterday was missed as the office was unexpectedly closed and remains closed today. For context - when confirming my appt on Friday I asked the young lady did she think the weather might pose an issue for my upcoming appt. I was taken aback when her response was - I DIDN'T CALL YOU ABOUT THE WEATHER. To which I had to school the rude tot with HAVE YOU LOOKED AT THE WEATHER forecast? It's supposed to be bad out! Needless to say I made it to my appt and obviously the office staff did not. I feel a weather cancellation/postponement notice should've been sent out. Love you Dr. Campbell but your staff has made your business look bad on more than one occasion with me.

Paige said there would be a little bit of a spicy feeling but my husband said he felt fine and it never burned. So that was great. We were told to try to leave the cream on as long as possible, so he did. He went to wash it off today and that's when we took everything out of the bag & learned that we did not get everything. Instructions say to apply retinol crème complex packet which he wasn't given. He was given an ice pack, that he didn't need. Also given a blue box of I believe the hydration crème. So at this point I feel like treatment isn't even going to work & what a waste of $300 when it's not done correctly. Beyond disappointed! I tried calling the clinic and no answer because it's a Saturday of course. Smh

She is so sweet and very knowledgeable. She made me feel totally comfortable with everything. I waited until they were running a 50% off special to purchase my package of 6 sessions which was such a great deal. I've done 5/6 sessions, each a month apart and the results are insane - I'm so glad I did this! Each session takes only about 10-15 mins for my underarms and it's not too painful in my opinion. They seem to always be rotating different specials so keep an eye out. The results were nearly immediate, and as the day and week went on, I just continued to feel better and better. Both docs are mommies, so they also have lots of great pregnancy and labor tips. I am a V on the Fitzpatrick scale. I called a week prior to my appointment to express my concerns and actually had the opportunity to speak witht the owner. She assured me I'd be well taken care of and that they've turned people away that they didn't think they'd get results from. So that made me feel a lot better. Upon my arrival, there were clip boards with ceramic name plates so you knew which one was yours. I personally thought that was a cute touch. I was greeted immediately and was offered something to drink. They had waters, coffee, and sodas. I had several papers to fill out due to it being my first time. After completeing all my paper work, the owner came out and actually spoke to me and asked if I was who she talked to. She told me Jamie would be the the one to do my procedure, and again ensured me that I would be in good hands. Visually, this place is appealing to the eye. Their decor was amazing. They had a candle out with a sign saying which scent was being burnt. This place does all kind of things such as facials and massages. During my consultation, Jamie explained to me how the laser worked in great detail and had lots of visual aids. She also showed me before, during, and after photos of people that had gone through the tattoo removal process. She also included some of people of color. She legit answered every question I had and was very patient. Initially I did not plan to have it done that day and was only going for the consultation, but she made me feel very at ease about doing it. SO I DID IT!!! The laser part took literally less than 5 minutes. She also allowed me breaks whenever I asked for them or would break when she could see my body getting tight. Hope to leave another positive review after the process is completed.
