There is an uneven balance to this mall... there's an area where it looks updated. Then other spots... just feels old and icky. The food court is not very appealing. The bathrooms are not very clean. That's just the look and feel, aesthetically very old mall. I wouldn't be able to tell about service bc I hardly saw anyone with uniform that looks like they work for the mall operations. As for shops, there are quite a few decent stores - Zara, H&M, Victoria Secrets, Primack, REI, very typical mall brands. If you ever need something, outfit for something, hit this mall up. I'm excited to see a Singapore Cafe type spot is opening soon! Can't wait.

The restaurants are great and the theater is huge. There are some decent clothing stores and fun shops like lush and bath and bodywork's etc. It's a fun place to kill a few hours or a whole day if you wanted! It can be dirty in the bathrooms but I think that it's just that busy all the time it's hard to keep up with.

While I do understand that the ownership has changed and inevitably will give the store a different…read morevibe, my main issue has been that in the times I have been into this store since the change in ownership and management, the staff has been unpleasant and on one occasion in particular, made my friend and I feel very uncomfortable as she had a loud and extremely personal phone call during the entire time we were in the store without even acknowledging that we were there at all. I do think the selection has always been great, and I appreciate the emphasis on supporting local work, although that also seems to have changed a bit since the change. It is a pricey location for most things, but I do always enjoy seeing what is in the store, the card selection is consistently excellent, and it is a great place to find a gift!

The store still offers a great newsletter with discounts which you can sign up for via their tablet by the counter, they still have Friday night board game nights I attend regularly, and they have begun organizing and supporting Keyforge tournaments which I sometimes attend Saturday afternoons. They offered a buy one get one 50% off sale this Christmas and typically have a great sale every Friday the 13th. Sometimes they wrap games up and sell them at a discount so that you can enjoy a little self imposed gifting and surprising :) I love coming here regularly not just because of the great selection of product (they aren't just some FLGS that runs MTG and has no stock) from board games, to miniatures, to comic books that make them the, "one stop geek shop" but because doing so has afforded me access to a community of people with similar interests as my own and provided a environment that supports and fosters the growth of these relationships. Put simply, I have many good friends in my life because of Zombie Planet. My life is richer because of these friends who are a part of the community that this store has forged and supported and allowed to flourish. That is the thing that really sets the store apart. It runs organized events. It offers space which allows people to congregate and build a gaming family.
