I would give these guys a ten if that was an option. The tradesmen working with Chris were all very highly skilled and easygoing. Even though I changed what I wanted done many times, Mr. Wolverton kept on coming out updating my quote without any problems. Once I accepted the quote construction started very quick! He also honored the price he gave even though went above and beyond on things I requested last minute. I am very thorough and what things done the way I like it. I called/text Mr. Wolverton at all times of the day through the whole process. What was refereshing is that he called/text back within the hour (even on weekends and during his vacation)! We were looking for a company to quote us on a deck re-cover. Exact Builders came highly…read morerecommended as a small local company that did excellent work. I called the owner, Josh. He came out the next day to take look and provide a quote. His quote was competitive and with the COVID backlog he said he couldn't get to our job until mid-July which was no problem. After about a week he texted to let us know that he had an opening and he could start our job the next week, a month early, and it would take him about 3 days to wrap up. His crewmate (it's him and his colleague Chris) showed up Monday at 8 am and started the tear-off while Josh was trying to procure lumber in the wake of the pandemic (everyone's looking to rebuild something evidently). When I came home from work the first day I was blown away by their progress with the job. The next day even moreso! They wrapped up in 2 1/2 days time and the job they did was incredible. Structurally the deck is SOLID and gorgeous. I appreciate their work ethic and Josh and Chris working together are a great team. They get the job done quickly and exactly! We'll be bringing them back for another deck job soon and I couldn't recommend them enough.
