After catching that and finally getting what I had paid for, the 36", I should have realized something was off. Didn't think about it again until the night of the storm when I discovered as I was shoveling they hadn't assembled the shovel with correct hardware that actually comes with the shovel. Had only an half hour shoveling when the shovel blade fell off the handle. Next day I ordered one from Amazon, not only less expensive but with all the correct hex bolts, and locking nuts that are included with the purchase. I feel the wonderful people at this Ace Hardware really "screwed" me on the number of hardware pieces in the assembly - gave me wrong hardware (a few actual screws with nuts), not even close to what actually comes from the snowplow company. Left with a defective piece of very necessary equipment. A complete failure with I most needed to clear the driveway. As they say, buyer beware.
