We picked Heaven's best due to the high ratings. We bought the house a month ago knowing the carpets needed cleaned due to pet stains left by the previous owner. After paying almost $600 for a cleaning the stains were still there. I put some cleaner on the stains and baking soda on top and the baking soda is pulling the stain out. See photos. Yes it's pretty gross after a cleaning. Then I used my Bissel shampooer in a couple of spot and the water it pulled out was black. I shouldn't have to do this after it was "professionally" cleaned for $600. I will say the young men that came out were very friendly and helpful and that's why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1

Along with those I listed above, they'll take on clean-ups, handyman work, painting, plumbing, snow removal, commercial sweeping, etc, etc. They've been cleaning/maintaining/managing the property where I'm employed since long before my time.
