I am so very happy I did! It gave me complete nostalgia when we walked in there, the inside with old pictures on the walls and the music was just so inviting. The employee staff was very good! A special call out to KELAN C, he definitely gets five stars for going above and beyond. The crispy chicken sandwich was extremely tender and crispy, so pretty much perfect. In a rush to complete it, the staff quickly put the strawberry donuts together, causing icing to run everywhere in the boxes. By the time I arrived to my destination, the icing had melted because they did not have the chance to set, and the donuts no longer looked pink, which defeated the purpose of having them for a themed event. What made the experience worse was the lack of customer service. There was no apology, just a comment that I'd "only have to wait a few minutes," as if it wasn't a big deal. For a pre-order placed more than a day in advance, that response was disappointing and unprofessional. I expected better care and attention, especially since these donuts were meant to help bring awareness to an important cause.
