Yesterday, I had to go pickup medicine for my husband. I can honestly say the customer service was phenomenal. I was greeted as I walked into the store and the pharmacy technician was super kind, fast and efficient at her job as she got me the prescription needed. TERRIBLE! The manager is unbelievably rude. A nice young lady was helping me at the checkout counter and here along comes the manager. In no time at all he starts screaming at the employee helping me. He made her stop helping me to go do something else and then walked away. I waited there for 5 minutes with no help after this because apparently as a manager of Walgreens he had better things to do then check out my sprite and gummy bears .
