I have genuinely been wrestling all day trying to find a way to cancel my membership because they quite literally do not allow you to do it in the app or on the website, you go to cancel it and all of a sudden there are "no matches found" for a membership to cancel. But if you want to pause or even give them MORE money and UPGRADE, the app and website have no problem pulling up your membership. Not the first I've heard of this type of thing either. Go to Tommy's Express another couple blocks up, more affordable and they don't entrap you in BS like this.
