This place is a joke. Do online application. Say approved just bring required documentation. Take…read morethe time to leave work with all the documents they ask for. My drivers license expired recently. They ask for valid license as 1 if there required documents. Understandable so I had gone to dps renewed my license. I received a paper I'd with my picture on it to show that my license was once again valid. Also got my old I.D back to have a hard copy. Which if I needed to show anyone that it would verify that It was a legal valid document. Get to Cash store and I'm told that I need a valid ID. My response sure here is my expired ID along with my paper copy which shows that I have renewed my ID and just waiting or new one to come in the mail. To the cash store ladies that doesn't mean anything. Even though nowhere on there website does it say anything about not accepting a paper ID along with a expired hard copy. I'm told no one will take a paper ID as proof of identity. That's only for if you get pulled over. So moral of story this place is a joke. Stay way they act like they want to help but even if you fellow there guidelines they pull up garbage reasons not to. Even when you documents are verified and acceptable with state I if Texas agencies. In there world they are not.

It is a more expensive loan and I love that as soon as I get there to apply for a loan they have me sign a paper and it shows an example of how the loan works. Yes, it may have a higher interest rate than getting a standard loan but it's an installment loan. They are great about reminding us about due dates and are always so helpful. I really love the staff too! They will work with you too if needed and they are cheaper than competitors like Title Max!

Whatever you do, love yourself and search out other loan arrangements before getting one here. Your…read moreloan will never be stated to you in terms of the annual interest, which can be as high as 320%. So unless your poor financial situation changes really fast (as in within 30 days fast), your huge minimum payment won't make a dent in the borrowed balance. It will only serve to keep your loan alive. In addition, if you can't pay it off on time, this company may choose to refinance it and attempt to raise your interest even more, per the contract terms. These loans should be illegal. If your credit is so poor, you're considering a loan here, ask everyone else first - family, friends, credit unions, banks - sell stuff on craigslist. These loans are that awful. Please trust me. Take care of yourself and your finances. Think twice! I won't criticize any of their employees in particular but will simply add they are highly unprofessional as a team, and DO NOT care about the severity of your financial situation. No one is helping you by offering such horrendous interest rates. Please trust me. These loans are financially painful.
