There are still busy times with lines but you can generally finish either less time. The pumps are easy to use and stretch well to the opposite side of the car. Help is available any time. Prices are always better here than any place else. I've been to other Costcos with larger spaces for gas filling stations and this is one of the smallest. There's no chance for them to expand this with Norton taking over the whole area. I used to work for Norton and I'm glad they're making themselves more accessible to people in the East end. Still, this side of town is going to be busier now and I'm sure the lines at Costco gas will get longer along with it.

I had stopped by there bc I am planning on having a 'yard sale l' with items like polo Ralph Lauren, true religion, yeti, several extra golf clubs, wrist watch display case etc , all of which are either brand new or slightly used and plan on donating 10% of all proceeds to 'United Way' The manager there wouldn't even acknowledge me when I approached her, one of the reg store clerks - which all of the store clerks are friendly and helpful; I've lived in this location now for about 4 to 5 months and come in here daily ; however when the store clerk had asked if I needed anything and I explained that I was inquiring about using the large grassy area closer to the side walk for a yard sale that would also contribute to a resourceful charitable organization called 'UNITED WAY' the manager without even turning around to acknowledge me had said no in the most unpleasant tone of voice one could imagine. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserved to be shared -- especially for those of us trying to do something positive for the community.

Prices are usually on par for the rest of the area. As mentioned it gets crowded. So liens get long. The facility is pretty dingy on the inside and crowded. Floors are kinda dusty and bathrooms are pretty nasty. Outside of all of that it's a standard speedway with the beer cafe and has the cafe area that actually has solid food options.

At first, I thought it was fraud, but my bank confirmed (and later so did Pilot when I called their corporate office) that they do this as a standard procedure for all gas pumping transactions. Pilot said it usually falls off before the customer even notices the $151 hold. Well, 5 days later, I still have the $151 hold on my account. So my little $27 charge cleared the very next day but they are still holding my $151. When I called Pilot they said they could not even open an investigation until at least 5 days had passed.
