The two employees that were working had no idea what I was talking about so they had me grab two different types of chips neither one would work. They said the sale doesn't start till tomorrow. You'll find something for your early morning crunching here. The bathroom was clean and bright. That's either indicative of brand newness or good management. Hurray for a clean water closet. They also have a drive-through Subway. I'm not a fan of their food - the essential difference in nutritional quality betwixt a Subway and McDonalds is temperature. They're about the same amount of bad for you. If you don't care what you put in your body and you're too lazy to get out of the car this is your Subway. This carries the side benefit of not watching your food be prepared which is something I've grown out of.

Then one of the male employees started kissing and hugging the female customer. Ritually making out in the store. It was disgusting. I called the corporate customer service number and filed a complaint but the person I spoke with could not find this location in the database which I find interesting. I am also reaching out to the CEO to file a complaint. The store is always dirty. They are not following Covid regulations.

The coffee and food station are always clean and well-stocked and the restrooms have always been very clean. This is where hubby and I tend to gas our vehicles, especially if we are headed out of town. We always get a large coffee and we particularly like the columbian dark roast. There are numerous flavored creamers and syrups available as well as sugar. If you prefer flavored coffee blends I would recommend the caramel latte.The chai tea is great too! Located in a very highly populated and traffic area this Thornton's actually is decent sized and does not get too crazy crowded. Inside is usually fairly clean and the workers do a solid job. Overall not a bad Thornton's location by any means. A lot of the time when you have a gas station in a popular area they can get ran down or not taken care of. So kudos to the location here for avoiding that.

I typically do not wait for a gas pump. The pumps are quick and make it easy to pay by credit card. Plenty of parking spots are available near the entrance if you head inside for a drink, snack or lottery ticket. The lot has been well maintained as well.

The store had several other customers inside the store that witnessed this conflict of intrest between myself and the employee as she was making comments to other customers about how i need to get my dog out of the store. she was making the comments at the counter as she was ringing other customers items up addressing them of my business of being there while i stood in the line behind these customers. she even said uner her breath to myself once i got to the counter about how i needed to get my dog out of the store that she had already told me to leave with my dog. after hearing the allications i asked of her name and made it aware i was reporting her . she caused a scene yet again in front of other customers making sligh remarks as i checked out and was walking towards the exit door. Chrissy was extremely rude, she is non educated about the stated facts of federal law on a working /service animal, she was not professional , and handled the situation with a bad attitude very smug and low class. she made your company looked bad and i have zero tolerance for people like that nor would i recommend her to ever be employee of the month. her skills needs to be brought up to date with customer care because she lacks in that department .

If I'm hungry and in the mood for junk food, their soft pretzels with nacho cheese or hot dog on the roller is known to walk out the door with me. Thorton's gas prices are competitive and will take care of you for drinks, junk food, candy, coffee and lottery tickets. The store is typically in good shape and the gas pumps are in working order. It's a popular spot though so be careful going in and out of the lot. If you stop by often, sign up for the Rewards card. Self check out lanes are available in addition to 1-2 manned by employees.
