It was full of flavor without being overwhelming. The included croutons were a perfect texture to go with soup. I had the tricolor cheese tortellini with fresh tomato sauce and upgraded to add spicy Italian sausage. The dish was a dream in every way. Sausage was so authentically Italian and nice and spicy. I was also offered shakers of Parmesan and red pepper flakes. My husband really enjoyed his braised beef panini and the horseradish based dipping sauce that accompanied it.
