We got to skip the wait and I just grabbed my order from the shelf. I did have to wait at the counter for them to fill my coffee cup, but I appreciated that it was hot and fresh. I got the nosh (Louie's bacon, Tillamook cheddar, egg, and scallion cream cheese) on a black pepper parmesan bagel. You can also choose from a few other sandwich options, including a rotating feature. The bagel and schmear options lean more savory vs. sweet, which is my personal preference. The bagel was chewy and the sandwich held up pretty well, but I do wish it had a bit more shmear so I might add extra next time.
