This is one of those places. As a little kid, my dad would suggest taking a ride in our 240Z down to 'the Certified' to get a treat and I still kind of see it like that. The staff is always really friendly and they have just undergone an extensive (and by extensive I mean they completely tore it down and rebuilt it) renovation that makes it feel very clean and modern. Its also consistently cheaper by at least a few cents per gallon than the Kroger down the street. I make sure that I stop by here before I get stuck too far away!

Gotta love that! Another thing I really like about this place is that they have gift cards available. Granted, the selection is not great, but if you're in a hurry and don't have time to park, run in, choose a gift card, wait in line, and walk back out to your parking place, well you can save a lot of precious time!

I made a morning appointment for shocks and a recall which should have taken a couple hour. I get there on time and the guy tells me it's going to be 3.5-4 hour. Seriously, this is why I made an appointment. I say okay and go sit down. I sit there for 4 hours and then they come and tell me that they can't fix my car today. I asked why, she stated they have the parts but they are short staffed, WTH!! She said they have a courtesy car that I can use until my car is ready. Fine, I'm tired just give me the car and let me leave. They call the next day about 4:20p that my car is ready. I leave immediately to go get my car. I fill theirs with gas and take it back. I sign for my car that was both warranty repairs and leave. Then I drive home and receive a email for a $90 car rental invoice! Had they told me that I would be charged $90 for 27 hours/73 mile; I would have taken an Uber instead.

They're supposed to rotate them for free after x amount of miles. The first time I took it in, an employee eyeballed them and said they didn't need it. I took it back several miles later and the manager pulled it in and looked at the tires, which weren't that old at the time. He came back and told me I needed tires and some work. I declined, left and took it to another shop. Was told none of that was true. I realize they're a box store and trained to upsell. I've never returned and have no plans to. Prior to that, I had taken multiple vehicles there. Never again, nor would I ever recommend them.
