A worker named Pedro spent the whole time arguing with me just because I exercised my freedom of speech about their overpriced $4.39 sandwiches. The worst part happened as I was already walking out of the store. Instead of calming things down, a woman claiming to be the manager stepped up to defend Pedro's behavior and told me to get out. This woman looked completely unprofessional--like a junkie with no teeth in her mouth--and she actually called me a 'b****' while I was leaving. She didn't even know what was going on, she just jumped in to be disrespectful. I am 61 years old and I meant what I said: this place is a disgrace. Twenty years and OUT. This speedway is close to our home. The Price per gallon is always competitive! They are always very busy. (All along nearby Starr Batt and Avon industrial Drive are businesses with large fleets filling up, especially the landscaping trucks throughout grass mowing season - morning, lunchtime and end of day. No problem. BUT it's VERY busy. so it is completely BEWILDERING to me that this owner continues to neglect the customer experience by not Keeping the pumps in prime operating condition! They are too often out of service, and at this point, 90% of the time, the receipt will not print so I have to go inside (even during the peak of Covid) and stand in line to get my receipt! WHY? I've spoken to the cashiers, but they say the owner is aware and that it's not about just refilling the paper rolls - The machines are broken. Obviously he just doesn't care that he is holding up the process and inconveniencing his customers. This has been going on easily for the past year or two, and it's gotten worse. Today's machine would not read my card. So, after years of tolerating the inconvenience (below freezing today...) I gave up and drove down the street to the BP. Fine, so what if it cost $.50 more to fill up my tank, I don't have to wait and I don't have to go inside to get my receipt. these small conveniences make a difference in the flow of your day, stopping to fill up your tank... i've been patient. And I'm done being patient. I'm going somewhere else and I hope other people who have had the same frustrations will too and the owner will get the message. read more

At this point I'm furious. I've been at the gas station for 20 minutes trying to get gas. If the attendant at 12:24am doesn't want to work at Speedway then find another job because your disposition is horrible. You never asked me What kind of gas I needed, which resulted in me Coming back into the store. You asked me what was the problem while I was still in line and I told you. The problem wasn't fixed, you act like talking to you is a cardinal sin but u messed up! Now I am in the freezing cold in the middle Of the night while u figure out if you wanna work or not. I am PISSED. I then go inside and she is mad because I used gift cards that she discarded and now have to fish out the trash. She refused to show me the cards were refunded, refused to tell me the manager name, refuse to tell me her name, the other attendant refused to check my cards. The woman told me it was my fault and I was suppose to tell her what i needed. I told her no, you're suppose to ask me. She said most people get regular, I implied that i don't. How am I to know which gas station required u to tell them what gas is needed? I tried that, some people are highly annoyed when you do so! Instead I wait to be asked. When I came outside, another man in a bmw said she was the worst! She did the same thing to him twice before. Fire her, she's extremely too mean to work with people. I like this speedway. It's clean, nice and easy to get in and out of. I don't come here often, because it's a bit far for me, but when I'm in this area, I usually stop here to get gas and other things. They have two entrance's that make it easy to get in and out of. One's on a side road, the other is off Crooks. Prices are fair, staff is friendly, and I don't have a problem when I come here. read more

Speedway and 7-11 need to decide whether they will continue to operate as Speedway or if they want them to be 7-11. Mixing the two does not work. It is not just that they cannot decide between Big Gulp and Speedy Freeze and Slurpie. The indecision goes deeper. Drink sizes are different so the pricing signs, which were clear as Speedway, are no longer clear. Look at the cup, not the sign and especially not the ring around the cup chute. The rink says medium and the cup has the word large integrated in small lettering in the design. You will have to pay for a large. Also be careful with the roller grill. Started using the speedy card and wow does that add up over time. In a years worth i estimate getting my $200 visa gift card! That adds up! And fast:) just for being loyal and paying attention. Beside buying a pop or two once in a while gets you a free one every fifth one!!! read more

I drive a lot Ubering. It was about 1:30am and I needed something to eat coming back from a ride. So I stop at this speedway to get a couple hot dogs. I pull in and the place is empty. There's no cars at all and I almost though they were closed. I walk in and this grey haired makes a childish, in appropriate, and unprofessional comment about my parking. Really? I not only have a handicapped license plate, but I have business degree and I worked years in customer service putting myself through college with no financial aid. I know quite well what's completely inappropriate and that line was crossed already. But I'm bigger than to get bent out of shape over that so I continue to the dogs. I find them and there's two left. Perfect! Or so I thought. I pull out the tray for the buns and, there's no buns at all. So I ask this 'lady' if she has more buns in back. She mumbled something under her breath. So, I ask again but this time she again childishly yelled at me, "NO! I'm not getting you anything. Do you understand me now?" Wow! I've had met some rude customers in my day but this unprofessional employee representing Speedway takes the cake. She should be fired immediately. In terms of the store, it is well kept with a big inventory. Love that part.. what I cannot tolerate anymore is the staff. I grew up in my dads business where we say thank you and greet customers. This place is a joke and I'll go elsewhere. read more

I've been going to the auburn and Ryan location for 10* years and I will never go back to speedway because of the GM At this location. He wouldn't give me his name and he wasn't wearing a badge. He yelled at his employees even bough they were busy to go and clean things. I immediately said something to him and he also yelled at me a customer. He was a bigger white male. This is a new speedway that is clean and has average cost gas. Being near the expressway a lot of gas stations raise their price but not this speedway. The employees are friendly and the aisles are nice and clutter free. read more

Can't really complain about a Speedway. What they have to offer is great in means of items to purchase. The service at this location was pretty good as well. The location was very clean inside as well. One of the pumps was not working though and didn't have an Out of Order bag on it. read more

If I could give a zero star I would. Every time I go here around 6pm and there's always a long wait when I go there due too a nasty and horrible landscaping company called Green Meadows Landscaping and the owner of the company is always yelling at me and my friends and she also does nothing but bully people and talk down to them and is super nasty when it comes to trying to get into a pump while I wait on the street for at least 15 minutes just to get into the parking lot and another 10 minutes to get inside the gas station. I wouldn't recommend this place at all and I'd avoid this place if you can. read more

I work right across the street from this Speedway station so I stopped here all the time on my way to and from work. Employees always greet me either always very friendly and I always find what I'm looking for. They always have a really great selection of snacks and drinks too. read more

Love this location. Everyone here is super friendly. They make me want to only get gas at speedway locations for the mere fact that everyone I've come in contact with has had a smile on their face. There's never a line even in the early morning. And even if the girl behind the counter stops for a moment to talk to someone they still manage to get people in and out fairly quickly so no one is waiting more than say, 30 seconds. read more
