Somehow I did not click the button for cheese. I reviewed the order on the website. That was my fault. However, they didn't put sauce on the pizza either, this is why I called them. The employee I first spoke to said they never would've a pizza out without sauce on it and then when I said they did and I would like a refund. She became very defensive stating that I did not order chees, which is true. However, I told her I did want sauce on it, and that that button was clicked.She then-she accused me of attacking her verbally. She then put me on hold stating she was getting the manager. When the manager who got on the phone shortly after she had an attitude. I tried to explain to her what happened and all she did was tell me they have a lot of people try to rip them off, and that they would need the pizza back! I said that's fine. She told me they have cameras on the oven and she could prove the pizza had sauce. I told her I'm looking at the pizza. There is no sauce on and I can take a picture of it and send it to you. This further escalated with her bad attitude to the point, it became loud on both our parts. She talked over me and I told her how this was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in my life and I would no longer be a customer. She said you've never ordered with us that much anyways. In the end after the shouting match, she said I will refund your money and make you black balled on our system fine. She state she would not send the driver out because I was being belligerent. She was out of control. I was would not recommend this store to anybody based on the employees that make this food and they're unwillingness to acknowledge a mistake. She accuse me of me the customer of being a liar and a cheat. she then angrily said this is being recorded, and they would check the I said to her employee and that she was calling the owner immediately.
