I have worked for gas stations for over 15 years and never had i see one look this one they don't know how to do their jobs and think that it is okay the lock doors when they want too if I was the store manager at this store I would be firing all of them and who ever the store manager is do not need that spot if they can't get there store and crew together it is every sad for a 3 people to be working and the trash and parking lot looks like the dump trash all over and one cleaning it up just step over it that is one store that needs closed for good read more

I must say, for the location of this gas station (sketchy north Murfreesboro Rd) this place is extremely nice. They have dozens of options, many do-it-yourself drink stations and food preparation offerings, a very nice beer cave with lots of options, super friendly, willing to help staff members, and the penultimate prize in gas stations = clean, nice restrooms! What?! In addition to the fact that this specific location generally has some of, if not the lowest gas prices in the area, sometimes even cheaper than the 'burbs, I give this place a Gold Star. When I'm in the area and need a spot to fill up, grab a quick snack or drink, or need a restroom, this is where I'd recommend. Great job Speedway! read more

Big ole sign advertising a 12" deli sandwich for $4, and a cafe supposedly open 24 hours, but have been there twice: Once, no unfrozen bread for sandwiches, and the other time the cafe was temporarily closed because they'd been too busy that day, apparently. Maybe quit advertising deals on a big marquee if the store's frequently unprepared to fulfill the deal? Been to Wawa/Sheetz locations plenty of times on the east coast, and have never seen the deli at any of them unable to make a sandwich. Again - it's completely fine if you don't want to offer a deli to customers. Just don't advertise it out front and center if you're not going to have it. read more

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!! On Saturday morning, June 11th 2020 at around 5 am I walked into "my" Speedy cafe (I say "my" because it's right next to my job) and ordered 2 bacon chicken ranch paninis. While waiting, I decided to get a cup of ice and grab a few napkins. Then I decided to put them in the car so I would have my hands free to grab my paninis when they were done. I came back in and stood by the grill counter. All of a sudden the cashier, a middle aged, light skinned African American woman who wears glasses, freckles on her face and long black and blonde braids, stated to me "Are gonna pay for that sandwhich and coffee you took to the car!?" I was like "Huh?" She said "You heard me, are you gonna pay for the stuff you took to the car!?" I told her that she is mistaken. I told her to check the cameras and proceeded to offer my keys so she can check my car. She didn't want to hear anything I had to say. So an argument began because I have just been defamed and accused of a criminal activity in front of all the customers in the store!!!!! Another girl came out from the back, I assumed to be a manager or something, to quiet the situation down. Never once introduced herself to me. Never once tried to discuss what happened to me, never once tried to see if her employee was wrong, and never once tried to apologize for her employees behavior!!!!! Because of her actions, she made me feel like I was guilty until proven innocent. Now I feel like the next time I go in there, they will spit in my food! I will have to find another place for breakfast and gas. I will close my Speedy rewards account. They can keep all my points. I have never once stolen anything in my life and it is a complete insult to me to be wrongfully accused of this in front of the entire store and without them checking my car to see who was right! So beware when going into that location. It seems like a "click"or "club". It's a shame because the food is good and it's a clean store. I've never had a problem in there.... ever until now. Usually very nice staff, except for that particular cashier. I highly would NOT recommend this place other than for gas. Gas price not as advertised said $2.99 unlead, but was $3.19 I hate it when you drive out of your way, for false advertisement

Serves breakfast sandwiches, has lunch menu, open 24/7 and plenty of coffee in the mornings.. Service is a hit or miss depending what time you go. Early in the mornings around 630-9am its pretty busy with peps coming in for hot coffee and possible breakfast. Around lunch time it seems like the clerks dissapear and only one of them is at the cash register taking care of customers. So you may run into a long line :( Pros is that they ALWAYS have hot coffee! Cons is that you may be there longer then expected just trying to pay the cashier which sucks if you have somewhere to be! Went inside to use the bathroom and would you know that after o was done... NO TOLIET PAPER.. seems I waited for about 20 to 30 mins before a person came in.. (it is at 12 midnight so not very busy). I ask the person if they could let the person know up front.. waites 10 more mins and someone open the door and said they were out and started laughing.. What the hell... A few mins more passes and finally someone brought me toliet paper.. When I came out I ask for the manager name and phone number and I got it... Wow what a location. The new team there is awesome. Would not go to any other gas station over this one.

I used their air compressor to hopefully put a little air in my tire since the cold weather causes it to deflate a little. Well, turns out this gas station's air compressor hasn't been working for a while according to one of the cashiers. Instead of putting a sign to let people know it's broken, we had to experience it for ourselves! Their machine deflated my tire so my husband told a cashier about the situation and asked for our money back. The cashier, instead of apologizing for their broken machine and acknowledging their responsibility, became angry because he had to go out into the cold and place a "not working" sign on the machine. read more
