I swear, those mashed potatoes came from someones grandma versus the store kitchen. Oh, and the prices? They're so good I almost feel guilty! It's like finding money in my winter coat pockets (compared to Indy). I leave feeling like I've hit the grocery jackpot! I can't help but visit them over and over when I'm on the road. It's practically a ritual at this point! And don't even get me started on the stuff I couldn't find in Indy (Marsh closed). There isn't anything fancy about this place. It's old, but kept clean. I decided to stop at a different location today for my Free Coffee Week. This Park Forest location…read moredid not disappoint me. Upon entering, I noticed it was a pretty decent-sized parking lot, but only a few allotted spaces... Inside, Park Forest 7-Eleven is clean, and neatly organized, with nicely stocked shelves of chips, cookies, candy, and convenience items . This location has two, whole coffee stations, with the ability to brew and/or warm 16 different types of coffees!!!!! Today's visit featured the following variety of coffees: Columbian, Brazilian Dark Roast, 7-11 Exclusive Blend, Blueberry, Pumpkin Spice, French Vanilla, Hazelnut, Regular, and Decaf!!!! That's an astonishing 9 different coffees to choose from today!!! Yay! AND, there are various flavored creams and syrups! I chose the Blueberry coffee with French Vanilla cream! Slurp! You can't tell me you cannot get "gourmet" at a convenience store!!!

The inside of the store is no different very clean and orderly. The staff inside provide great customer service and seem to remember me each time I return. Mikey in the photo section takes great care of my photo needs and offers outstanding customer service. I frequently process photos and posters that I use in the course of my business at this location and am always very satisfied with the product. When using the photo service app for my personal photo processing I am always amazed at how easy it is to upload photos and have them printed, sometimes within an hour. The one bit of criticism I would like to offer is the somewhat invasive nature of the rewards program. Signing up for the program required me to provide much more personal information then I normally provide when participating in other retail rewards programs. Most discounts need to be obtained using a rewards program card which allows tracking of the consumers patterns and purchases in exchange for sometimes deep discounts. I get it but feel that they have too much of my personal information tied into my retail purchases.

They have reprinted things for me that I felt didn't look right the first time with no charge. I'm an artist so it is sometimes funny when I have my photos or art printed because they need me to sign a form saying its my own content. I get it though only because so many people want to sue for everything! (Even if it's not the company's fault at all) Pharmacy- everyone has been helpful and nice even when they are crazy busy. No problem looking up to make sure when I take something over the counter it will not react to other meds. I've been pleased with their service. I do have a prescription for pain meds but unlike one reviewer I have never had a problem with the people treating me differently or like a junkie. Everyone here has been really great!
