    Friday, January 26th: I came in to exchange my winnings of $37 of lottery tickets. I used that to…read morebuy 12 of the $3 tickets which equals $36. Then the lady cashier told us we owe her $1. WHAT?! So she takes the extra dollar and I do the math for her and she doesn't get it. She still sticks to her guns that we owed her money as she even whips out the calculator and just adds up $37. I guess math isn't a requirement for working at the Meijer gas station.

This location is near to my home and very…read moreconvenient for gas, cigarettes, snacks, etc. I recently visited this location to purchase some sodas and cigarettes. I got in my car and realized they were the wrong brand. I went back in to exchange them and a cashier that knows me as a regular customer informed the cashier who made the error that he could not exchange the cigarettes. I never left the premises, but she said it was against the law. I went to another store to purchase the correct brand and asked if I left their store with the wrong brand would they exchange them. They said yes and showed me a sign in the store that stated the same thing. I returned to Meijers to tell them that the rude cashier was not truthful about the exchange and where was the sign that stated no exchanges. She then called someone on the phone to tell them I was causing a problem and ask about the sign. The person on the phone said they would bring it the next day. So I was out of $20.33 for them giving me the wrong product. The cashier's name is Denise. She talked to me like I was a stranger, she was very rude, and she is a liar. I really like Meijer's gas station and the convenience of being close and open 24 hrs. But as long as Denise works there, I will not return and have told my friends to go to another station down the street. I can't believe she treated me like that. I have been a customer before she started working there. I don't want to spend my money with rude, unprofessional, lying, no customer service having employees. I hope she doesn't run other loyal customers away. Good bye!

For Walgreens Store #06906 at 12:56PM on 2/25/2026, 6097 Broadway, Merrillville I clipped a coupon in your app for $2 off qty 1 coupon Sudafed Sinus and Pressure the coupon did not expire until 3/14/26. Upon checkout the coupon was not showing on the register. So the clerk ask for a Mgr to come over. (Iliana - who I later found out was not a manager) Came over and took my phone from my hand and said the coupon wasnt being applied because the coupon was not showing in GREEN??? Because coupons show in green ON HER PHONE?? I told her that I dont know Walgreens color coding policy and does that mean she cant price adjust and not going to honor the coupon even though she sees it is clipped, not expired and not an online only coupon. Iliana then says that my app is the problem and needs to be updated?? Again, I question why do that now instead of the coupon being honored?? She then yells over to PAUL and SAYS CAN YOU COME GIVE HER A DOLLAR OFF OR SOMETHING....IT'S HER DAY OFF AND SHE DOESNT HAVE TIME FOR THIS!!
