I had two gift cards for gas. The attendant had no idea how to load them or use them. The scanners wouldn't work outside. I basically couldn't use the gas cards. They couldn't call anyone or there was no one on site to help me. They said they had no training on how to do it. Load a a gas card. read more

For the first time in years I have never had such a horrible experience here. I have never even did a review like this but this experience was so upsetting I'm making my first bad review ever!!! As I waited in line to ask the gentleman if he had a puff bar. He said now I said OK do you have something similar to a puff bar (which I see then behind the counter) he looked at me like I was crazy. " similar puff bar" I asked again. He said no (nasty). At this point I was flabbergasted on his customer service as I proceeded to walk out the door I just said OK wow. Well I got fuck you bitch I told you three fucking times no. But there was similar products he could've sold me. I made across the parking lot and I can still hear him yelling and cussing at me. Sad visit this store for many reasons personal and business. And over the years great service. With all due respect the gentleman I met tonight needs to go. Good luck. I will try again but if I see him I will walk. read more

If you are reading this I recommend you use another pharmacy (Safeway or a different CVS) until this location can address staffing and communications issues.
