It just isn't anything special in a place with plenty of gas stations. No fountain soda, small milk selection, extra cost for a credit card, small lot. Truth is, it's fine, but the quasi-adjacent Speedway is just so much better, that it drops this one to a three. But again, it's fine; if you need gas, they have it.

I put my credit card in, and card is accepted. I try to pump gas then everything freezes. I go in and tell the attendant that the pump is not working. They tell me to put the card back in. Well the machine won't take the card. I tell the attendant, who tells me my card was declined. Me: I'm telling you something is wrong with the pump. It froze and nothing is happening. Attendant- no it's your card. Me: No, there is nothing wrong with the card. It worked fine before. There is something wrong with this pump. Attendant: No, it's your card. It was declined. Me: Yes, it says declined but the issue is with this pump. Not with my card. Attendant: No, it's your card. It was declined. Me: I have a baby who I took out of the car for this. I don't have time for this! After this fruitless exchange, I left. Luckily with no money lost. I went to another gas station. Well wouldn't you know- my card that was NOT the issue I'll just say that! Poor customer service here, very unhelpful. Perhaps you should take the time to listen to your customers, try and rectify a situation when they tell you something is wrong instead of arguing or speaking down to them. Even if their gas were the cheapest in a 1,000 mile radius I wouldn't return.

The gas is consistently cheaper than the gas stations in the area. The only odd thing is there isn't anything to clean your windows with. The one time I needed air I was told it's free and that was cool. I don't like paying a $1 for air if I can avoid it. The man inside the service center was nice but again I never bought anything from inside. There's 3 entrances/exits and a good amount of pumps I think about 8. I'm a regular here and I recommend this gas station if you like cheaper gas.

They usually aren't the cheapest game in the area & often have the same price for regular as the station near my house but today must have been my lucky day. Gas there was about 4 cents cheaper & I was in serious need of some (riding on about 1/8 of a tank since I had to keep the car started after the battery was jumped off). The staff was friendly to me & I got my gas tank filled with no issues. Small but if you're traveling in the right direction, you can't go wrong here. They also don't play that game where they charge you more if you pay with a credit/debit card; it's the same price no matter how you pay. If you're in desperate need for gas, you can't go wrong here.

It just the location and anything special about the particular location that changes. I love BJ's gas stations for so many reasons with the number 1 being the cost of gas. This is an incredible perk to the membership especially if you take advantage of buying the items that actually reduce the per gallon price even further. What I save in gasoline prices more than make up for the membership costs and... I get a great cash bank bonus along with BJ rewards. It's definitely a win-win to be a member. I made the mistake of shopping after I purchased gas and both items were part of their "reduction in gas prcice" selection. The stations are spacious with an easy access wherever they're located. The long hoses make it easy now matter which side you come from. There is always an attendant on duty so if you need help, someone is close by. Another nice perk is free air. A $1.25 is not a lot for an air machine but if your uses it a couple of times a month you save yourself another $30.00. My tires always seem the need to be refilled... The coffee here is always fresh and is kept warm in the pump style carafe's as opposed to the glass coffee pots that tend to burn the coffee if it should sit for more than 10 minutes. Aside from the coffee and such they also have a nearly full service deli where you can pick up a sandwich and an array of breakfast sandwiches that are freshly made and not in some wrappers. Actually their egg sandwiches are quite good. As for their gas portion the prices are reflective of the over inflation that we'll be paying at the pumps but that's for another forum to be vented. The parking here is ample and the inside and out are kept clean. Overall a reliable spot for coffee and some gas.

AND they give you a free bottle of water with a large coffee (which I don't drink, its that cheap-o weird spring water, I just save it in my fridge for guests.) Did I mention they have a great coffee bar? My morning gym companions are a lot happier now that I come here first. Oh, I think you can get gas here, but its a little pricey.
