I always thought that the screen that flashed at the check out had something to do with points. But this time I asked. I was informed that it's just "asking for a donation" and when I think about how many times I saw this and I wasn't asked I was shocked. I have no problem giving something as a donation if it is for a good cause. Well me alone is at least $25 per month that they would get because I gas up both cars. How many other people are not having a chance to donate that might if given the opportunity?

It wasn't a long time, but in an empty store with two employees visible, I felt ignored. Then I thought, maybe they think I'm not ready, due to where I was standing. So, I walked up to the register and watched Jon stare intensely at the beverage dispensers from the kitchen area. He came over and assisted me, hurriedly, and then rushed off. He seemed annoyed when I asked if I could have a receipt because he had to come back to do so. Because I'm nosey, I stuck around to see what the issue was over by the drink dispensers. I watched him walk up to what I believe was the coffee machine and watched as he grabbed a cup from underneath the dispenser and brought it up to his lips. Turns out that he was just jonesing for a hit of caffeine!

This became my go-to gas station after a kind woman at Kroger told me that I could save $1 per…read moregallon of gas if I used my Kroger card at the pump. Say whaaaaat?! That's all I needed to know -- I hightailed it to Turkey Hill (which is right next door to Kroger) and paid about $1.24 per gallon. That's unheard of. There's also a mini-mart here, too, but I haven't gone inside yet.

Cons -The past two times I've been here, there have been at least two pumps out of order. -The touch screens malfunction, too - when you swipe your card and it asks "debit or credit" there is no button to press... -Because of it's prime location in Carmel, it is heavily trafficked and I often have to wait in line for gas. I'll give it another chance for convenience and money savings, but I haven't been pleased with my encounters so far.

This gas station has been here at least 30 years, and is the main station in town. They are busy 24…read morehrs a day. Their convenience store inside is fairly large stocking many basic needs items. Prices for items are typical slightly higher in price, but very quick and easy to grab when in a hurry. Gas prices are about the same as other stations. The cool thing about this gas station is they have a drive thru window for people like me who are too lazy to even get out and walk inside, haha. I think their window closes at 9 pm though. But you just pull up to the window and tell the clerk all the things you want and they go around the store and get them for you. Basically anything they sell inside you can have them get for you. Now that's a lazy man's shopping trip right there, and it doesn't cost any extra, haha. Good place to get a few items and some fuel.

It was lunchtime so we dined at Subway, gassed up, used the restrooms and headed on. The Love's was a little smaller than some others but was well stocked. Took 2 hours to get in they did the oil change and was told after 2 more hrs the mechanic for the shocks was 15 min away. Why wouldn't they have said something sooner? Then 2 more hrs later they knew I was getting annoyed and still no mechanic. Evidently they are only certified to do oil filters, oil changes, and tires. Total time there and wasted was 6 hours. Tried charging me for labor that wasn't even done and when I said something they still charged me 1100 dollars. I finally bought the shocks and replaced them myself in the parking lot. What a joke!!! HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE ON YOUR TRUCK!! They don't understand that time and loads are money to us drivers and don't respect our profession. Missed my delivery time and worst yet they started talking crap about me being irate because they have no idea how much they cost me today! I'll never stop there again!!!! We always stop at this Shell station in Noblesville for fuel, snacks, and a *gotta go* stop. It's at about the halfway point and it's easy to get to from the expressway. This station is always clean and most things are well stocked. They have a very large selection of snacks and beverages, and more soft drink choices than you thought were possible. The restrooms (and this is not the kind of thing you normally call out in a review) are very sharply decorated. The black and white restroom decór evokes something vintage or classic, and it's very distinct. They used to carry the Jalapeño Steak & Cheese Hot Pocket. Every time we stopped I'd buy everything I could get my hands on. Sadly, they no longer carry The Best Hot Pocket, but I don't hold that against this location...much. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and the prices are amazingly reasonable for being located right off the freeway. This is a great place to stop on your way through, so put it on your radar the next time you're driving by.
