They are so light and fluffy, so perfectly flavorful. The fruit tart was possibly one of the best baked goods I've had in many years. The effort that is put into producing their treats is definitely felt, and I am not sure if they make everything in house, but it certainly feels like it. There are many places that have great pastries, but not many get the European-style light and airy style just right with a bazillion layers. This place is at the pinnacle of that baking game. If you are in the area in the first half of the day, you value a good pasty, good coffee, nice people and a nice space, you should definitely make you're way to the Farmhouse. If you are nearby it's definitely worth a trip and if I lived closer, I could easily see this being my daily go-to.
