Broad Street location, Store ID: #17174. The pharmacist is not professional and I have seen him be rude to workers. In the past, I have had to ask a worker if they were okay because of the pharmacist's attitude; but getting to the most recent incident that occurred on 9/8/24. I was the only customer in line and was not acknowledge. I waited and then the pharmacist comes out from the back room, I guess where they keep supplies. When he came out, he stated to the pharmacy tech that they had more vaccines that came in. The pharmacy tech stated that they were going to have vaccines coming out of the ass. The pharmacist stated, "That's what they are worth". Wow! A pharmacist who is saying that out loud that vaccines are worthless! I get it, people have a right to their opinion about vaccines but in this case the statement was made by a professional, in a job setting, which made the statement to be unprofessional. A statement such as that makes for a lack of trust. I am not sure if the pharmacist thought I could not hear what he stated, but I did. It is part of the pharmacist's job to give information and administer vaccines. I do not trust this pharmacist any further because of his views, he may withhold information and I would not want him administering a vaccine to me. I will not longer be using the target at CVS, Store ID 17174. I may no longer be using CVS in Target or a CVS at all. The pharmacist that made the comment is Bernard Bury.

I sent in a request for a refill to my primary care doctor weeks ago. Never received any call, notification, or email from Walgreens. I figured because of the shortage in the US of Adderall that they just weren't able to refill the full 90 days, so I call two days ago to see what the status is. The lady who answered my call told me she just put in the prescription and it would be ready the next day. Great. The next day rolls around, still no notification it's ready. I call the day after (today, two days after my original call) and a very rude man answers saying it won't be ready until tomorrow. Note I ran out of my medication today. I ask him why I was told in my first call it would be ready the next day if that wasn't the case, and he said it was basically my fault for not specifying it was a 90 day supply, even though that's the literal prescription request my doctor sends every time, and I have never had to specify previously because it's literally listed in the refill request. He was incredibly rude, did not let me finish explaining the situation, I had to tell him to let me finish and to stop interrupting me. I then ask to clarify it will be ready by tomorrow afternoon because that's what he said, and he goes, "No I never said that." I'll be going one day without my Adderall, which isn't a huge deal and I'll manage, but don't know if I'll actually have it by tomorrow, and am very disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability, as well as the complete lack of respect and basic customer service. My family used to get all of our medications here, but they've switched to the Meijer pharmacy down the road and warned me to not use this Walgreens anymore, since they've been terrible for them too. I'm going to listen. Will not be using this pharmacy anymore, and advise you look elsewhere, at either other Walgreens or any other pharmacy. Incredibly frustrating.

I decided to review Circle K because I have had two good experiences there in the last three weeks…read more First of all the cashiers are always friendly and like to chat. They work with a smile on their face and don't mind banal conversations. They also encourage to go in the back and bring back a frequent coffee customer card, I guess I have been in there a few times lately. I just appreciate kindness and good coffee. There prices are always a little slower to change so at times while I am driving down Broad, I will wait to get gas until here because they might not have changed yet. The coffee is always hot as it in a well insulated container.

The lot was fairly clean but there were several washer fluid containers without a squeegee and no towels. Their trash cans were not overflowing. Cashier was friendly and appeared to be the only one on the clock or at least on the floor. With multiple people ahead of buying lottery tickets, my five person line took just over ten minutes. I would think another employee on the clock would have opened a second register or taken care of the lottery tickets. I don't blame the employee, I blame management. I save them money by paying cash for gas and they waste my money by keeping me in line for ten minutes. Perhaps next time I see a manager at Speedway and they aren't busy I will make ten purchases under $5.00 each so I can bill them for my time and waste the manager's time. Speedway isn't bad, but they are far from great. I do like their gas and they seem to have 1000's of stores so they are all over the place
