No phone call. I called and left messages and texted. Finally two weeks later I drove there in person. I was handed my dad's watch and a billing for $165 for "cleaning." They polished the watchband! They never opened the watch to see what was wrong with it!! For a watch repair to not open a watch is insane. I wanted it opened, the gears cleaned and an estimate of any repairs as it was not working. So they polished a band and wanted $165. All of this taking place through a Lucite barrier like a money exchange and the woman had to use Google Translate to speak to me. I was not paying that. Luckily I had the watch in my hand. I told her I would pay her $20 for polishing the band and the cost of the other two watch items, a band and a removal of a link. She argued and I told her to call the cops because I was not going to be extorted and didn't want to walk out like I was doing something wrong. She then relented.
