I am now getting better quality printing (on better quality paper) for a FRACTION of the cost. Randy is super quick to respond to my requests and the turnaround for printing is just a swift. He's also just an all around nice guy. We have since added bound spiral books, fliers and signage (boards and banners) and are just as happy with the results. As a small business owner, I really hate to see companies gouging their customers when they can make a very good living with a much smaller markup. Alex Davila gave me a reasonable quote and kept track of the temperature to be assured of a good outcome (the product had a requirement of a minimum of 50 degree weather for proper installation.) He came out once we had a week of fair weather and installed the product for me. I was so impressed with his care and precision. The result is absolutely perfect and was done in far less time than I anticipated. I would hire Alex and First Impression Graphics for any future job within their scope. I appreciate that they take real pride in their work and are professional and courteous.
