I've been working with Annie and she's SO awesome...super sweet, quick and very knowledgeable. Even though I'm new and starting small, they ran a sample shirt for me (without me asking) so I could see what a screen print looks like with a lighter texture because I mentioned on the phone I prefer a softer feel. SO NICE. They remind me of my dad's old family business (an old-school print shop in Chicago) where they really get to know their customers and even their smallest customer is important. Businesses just aren't like this anymore so I really found a gem. I highly recommend them and look forward to a long, mutually profitable relationship!

Since they are located along my commute, I decided to go with Ink Matrix. Their sales staff responded in a timely manner with a very reasonable price for a relatively small (30 shirts) order. I received my order less than a week after delivering payment. I should note that Ink Matrix accepts cash, checks & credit cards, however there is an added fee for use of credit cards. I picked up the shirts yesterday and am very pleased with the final product. The design & layout matches the final product perfectly. I hope to be able to work with Ink Matrix in the near future.

With school starting next week, I searched for a local shirt printing shop instead of an online shirt printing business to avoid potential delays in shipping. Skokie Printing not only accepted my t-shirt printing request, they also graciously cleaned up the image I wanted without me asking or realizing it had to be. I've never ordered shirts to be printed until now, so I don't know much about it. I didn't realize the graphic I'd submitted would come out blurry or pixelated if it had been printed the way I'd sent it in; that's how clueless I am about shirt printing. I only realized later. And this is to no fault of the artist who designed the graphic for me. I must've done something unknowingly after I received the file. I'm thankful for Jonathan's initiative and professionalism. The shirts are beautifully printed and very much appreciated. Impressed with turnaround time. For future shirt printing orders, I know where to go in the future. TL/DR; Great quality, service, and communication. Professional. Reasonable pricing. Go here for shirt printing.

I feel compelled to share my experience because finding this level of professional service is rare…read more From my very first call with Jonathan, I knew I was in good hands. I had previously ordered shirts for my daughter's team from another company, but they came out dull, lacking color and detail--they looked unfinished. My daughter was heartbroken. Jonathan took the time to understand our needs and review our artwork. He assured me not only that he could reproduce our design as intended, but that he would involve me throughout the process. True to his word, he sent me photos for approval before printing the full batch. The quality was outstanding, and the fine details came through beautifully. I was beyond impressed with his work and highly recommend Skokie Printing!
