I have called for a copy of my bill FOUR times (800-922-0204) and haven't gotten it. They can't send it to my email, so they will send it to my home address. It's been over a week, still nothing. I can go to the store one hour away to get it. Sure. I'll make the trip and they won't provide it either. Also cannot call the corporate office because the phone service isn't with them anymore - automated answering that hangs up on you. Unbelievable. I was a customer in good standing for 20 years and this is my information I'm trying to get. I won't be back, that's for certain.
