This manager or owner David has no customer service skills what's so every. If David makes a mistake he should own up to it and make it right for your customer, don't try to cover it up. Except nothing you just said is accurate. ONE company ( Disk Makers) got color wrong and they Re Printed the order to make it right. It's after 1000 CD's are printed that you say I should have paid more for a hard copy of artwork. A company that actually cares would have mentioned that upfront. I'm sure most artists care that their product comes back the way they approved it. And yes, thank you David it feels good having some say in bad quality work that I paid big bucKs for... which you initially overcharged me for until I noticed the error. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWARE! BUYERS BEWARE! Worst customer service experience ever. How dare the owner David talk to woman the way he does. David is dishonest and will lie to you to make a quick buck. I placed an order to have CD copies made for a gift and this turned into a complete nightmare. If you want to argue with David over lack of quality, pricing and be over charged for mediocre work you found the place. I made a mistake trying to be cheap and didn't do my research. You will be quoted one price when you place your order, then you will be asked to pay a higher price when you pick up. It's not worth the hassle. David also thinks customer can't hear him talking about you in the back with his colleges. Unprofessional!!! My order was not completed in the time as promised, so sadly my gift was late. David's response was "I don't do magic or I would have had it done yesterday". So why was I told it can be done in one week when I placed my order? Overall It took 3 weeks to complete. If David was honest I would have taken my business else ware. By the time my order was ready, the quality was very upsetting to see. Don't disappoint yourself nor waste your money. David was awesome I needed 200 CDs made at the last minute he was very accommodating and got my order to me. I'm sure he went out of his way to make sure my CD looked great. Five stars for sure ******* Update- Once I signed the document to pay- and specified the BILLING address and SHIPPING address on HIS contract HE sent me and paid - David shipped my Package and sent my tracking number. I was so happy my package was on the way- Found out that night that he shipped my package to my billing address and I didn't receive my CDs before my flight the next day. So I am literally in another state performing with no Merchandise - this was an epic fail. And he has not just admitted that he Mis read and shipped to the wrong address. His excuse was he shipped to the address on the invoice. I sent him a screen shot of HIS own document that states there was a different shipping address that I specified. This was a major F up. Not happy. He could at least credit me back. He says that he will once I return the CDs he will. But I am out of money bigger than the purchase of the CDs and I have to find someone to find the CDs and mail them back- this is horrible. I lost big money this weekend. Not happy. CAVEAT EMPTOR - BUYER BEWARE Many of the digipaks came out with the ink unevenly distributed, just not a professional job, either they wrapped the digipaks while still too hot or perhaps it was due to the first extremely hot day of summer and unfortunately David didn't factor in that delivering cd's in such intense heat would hurt the product. David offered to rewrap the digipaks but that was not the correct solution to the problem. I wanted to save myself time by not having to drive to Irvine from the west side, which I now sincerely regret. VE Associates of Irvine have a solid reputation and came highly recommended. read more

Considering the large number of companies that provide this service, you'd think a professional would recognize an opportunity to win your business. I followed up with questions after receiving an initial quote, and encountered a clearly miffed David who instead chose to stand on a soapbox and pontificate about questions I wasn't asking.
