She was immediately towed to Wilson and Jackson, where the guard there (who stayed in 24/7), willingly accepted and helped the tow service crew tuck in Carlotta for the rest of the night. For a month and half, Carlotta underwent many services and body repair, which included replacing her headlights, front bumper and fenders, replacing the radiator and repairing the transmission. Through it all, the guys at Wilson and Jackson kept my girlfriend and I updated about her status, and kept us well-informed about all the service that is being done.
