Other than not having to order and get genuine parts shipped from wherever in the globe, the small or minor parts are almost always in stock there. They source it and install it, and they own-up to faulty jobs (which rarely happens anyway). Because they are the official dealer, they have a name to protect and reputation to uphold, which in the end means they will do anything and everything for the customer to leave happy; even if it means having to replace all four wheel bearings for one faulty bearing twice, just to honor the warranty with no questions asked. It may be a lot cheaper to have our cars repaired and serviced by third party shops, but when it comes to genuine parts and dependable service, we would still rather head there.

But once the reservation was settled and we left the premise, they immediately informed us that the quotation was incorrect and that we would need to pay a higher amortization. I brought the test car in to run on their dynamometer, because we wanted to test a few things on the Benz. They have a chassis dynamometer here, but I'm not sure about its availability to the public. In any case, I had a lot of questions about the capabilities of the C200, and they answered my questions without hesitation. I was pretty impressed with the way they were trained. Aside from the Mercedes-Benz brand, CATS Motors also deals American-made vehicles, namely Chrysler, Jeep and Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Now, if you want to flaunt around that extra cash without having to go with the Japanese selection, CATS motors definitely deserves a visit.

Their staff is friendly, and easy to talk to when you need to make a service appointment. Even if you don't make a prior appointment, the guards at the gate are accommodating to walk-ins, and will direct you accordingly. There was one time when I got Miranda back from a repair job, and I didn't notice that they switched the wiring of my front and back wipers until I needed to use it (a week after I got the car). When I called to complain, they told me to just bring it in whenever I was available, and they'd take care of it, no problem. When I brought Miranda in, they took around 20 minutes after taking her inside the service area, and they fixed the problem, and released the car, with no charge to me. I am quite happy with the kind of service that they give to their customers. Their preventive maintenance prices are relatively cheap, and they even have a bullet service available (I think they charge a premium for this), which will get you and your car in and out of service within an hour.
