He made everything seem straightforward and gave us some brochures to think things and payment options over. If you are looking for a brand new imported car that is difficult to find through other dealers e.g. Hummers, Landrover defenders, bentley's, porsche's, lincoln limousine's, big black Chevrolets, toyota fj's etc. All the cool cars are here with huge discounts. With a liking for dependable (and fast) cars, my Dad got not just one or two, but three different models by Subaru. He does the regular maintenance himself for all three, but when it comes to things beyond his toolbox (or research), he goes to Motor Image Manila Bay. He doesn't just go to there because it's the nearest, he also goes there for convenience. Sounds odd? Other than not having to order and get genuine parts shipped from wherever in the globe, the small or minor parts are almost always in stock there. They source it and install it, and they own-up to faulty jobs (which rarely happens anyway). Because they are the official dealer, they have a name to protect and reputation to uphold, which in the end means they will do anything and everything for the customer to leave happy; even if it means having to replace all four wheel bearings for one faulty bearing twice, just to honor the warranty with no questions asked. It may be a lot cheaper to have our cars repaired and serviced by third party shops, but when it comes to genuine parts and dependable service, we would still rather head there.

As a first-time car owner, I have a lot of questions, and they seem really, really patient with me no matter how many dumb questions I ask. I also love that they underpromise, but overdeliver. Just this morning I was told that my car would be ready by 3, and then got a text by 2pm that it was ready to be picked up. Inside the dealership there are a handful of couches and armchairs, and a big screen TV just in case you have to wait. But if my experience is any indication, you probably won't be waiting too long.
