The cheapest place to get gas in the whole of Manila (barring army or ADB privileges, I guess) is in Fairview. The proprietors there are supposedly into a price war but it's something I can't confirm. What I can vet on however, is the inexpensive gas. Usually the Petron near the Dona Carmen subdivision is around two pesos cheaper than the average going price in Manila.
