We confirmed this multiple times, as we didn't want to waste our time traveling from Bulacan to Parañaque. However, they assured us that the information was correct. We were made to wait for two hours, urged to settle the reservation fee, and told to hire our own mechanic, all while they remained firm about their initial quotation. We were in discussions with them from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and they were steadfast in their original offer. But once the reservation was settled and we left the premise, they immediately informed us that the quotation was incorrect and that we would need to pay a higher amortization. Joseph Roquio spent hours discussing how other car dealers use similar bait-and-switch tactics to deceive customers, only to end up being one himself. What a shame.

I would leave negative 5 stars if I could. I should have known better when they refused me a test…read moredrive, in fact I should have run away as fast as I could........ That is my advise to you! Run! The owner of every Automobilico in Metro manila is an absolute piece of s---. He refused even the most simple solution to the outrageous rip off he perpetrated on me & my family. The transmission failed within 5 minutes after we took delivery..... catastrophic failure. I returned to the dealership and not only did the owner refuse to take the Nissan X Trail, 4x4 back, but refused to swap it out, refused to fix it. Absolutely would not do a thing to reverse the immoral actions of ripping off the consumer!! A rebuilt transmission is 94,350 peso's, they said I could trade it in but would have to pay the "depreciation amount", the manger never called me back with an offer on another vehicle there, but I wasnt going to do business with such a pack of liars. Every single thing my wife & I were told by the salesman Nick Baraquilla, or the manager, Lawrence Laudato were bold face, stare you in the eye while shaking your hand lies! The owner is the real scumbag dont know his name, but his decisions to screw the consumer are the final word and he doesnt waiver, a real turd! do not do business here all the cars are worn out, with many issues. The real issues are in the horrible business practices of the owner and his den of thieves!
