They simply have NO proper phone operator, their phone menus are not in order and when you finally reach someone on the line, they redirect you to another unanswered department or they simply hang you up. After 7 unsuccessful attempts, I have given up and now have to resort to visiting them and perhaps shouting at a few dodo brained employees (who probably don't care for my concern) only to pull out my FJ Cruiser.
This is not about the vehicle mechanical service. This is about the lack of proper customer service (something the Philippines is notoriously known for). This dealership is one big circus of activity and yet they cannot seem to get their phone operator service in order. Call near lunch time, and you can expect absolutely nothing but frustration.
