We were able to limp the last 42 miles to our hotel at 40 miles an hour. We checked tire and auto repair near our hotel while limping in and Babb's popped up and was very close to hotel. Made appointment for 8:30 the following morning. Got there on time, spoke with the folks at the counter and the owner came out. Said he would take care of it himself. Within a 1/2 hour he had the spare on and the damage tire mounted underneath and ready to go. Went in to pay and what a blessing, he would not take anything for the work. Such wonderful folks we met and what a Godly thing to do for us. We wish them all that God would repay their generosity to us ten fold. Thanks to Babb's, we were on our way to our next campsite on time.

After service I retuned home and noticed the hat and he metal caps were missing and replaced with rubber caps, This has happened at another repair shop and I had to have them replaced. I called back to the boss He listened to my complaint and told me to return to the shop and have replaced. Once there they found them and replaced them. Chrysler Jeep confirmed they put on parts without the entire kit because they didn't have to cover the warranty. Chrysler said because they know it's patched up if it were them they'd definitely get out of the car because you're going to keep having problems. So don't be fooled here. Keep going because you'll definitely be hounded before your payment is due and you'll definitely end up paying more than these cars are worth. Every single time I made a payment Lyn would ask how's the car running? That was definitely a sign. The jeep was put right back out there to be sold again. Yes I replaced with new tires as well as minor repairs. However do not be fooled here. This dealership cut too many corners and you're paying for it. Also you'll pay the storage tax when you get your tag. They should be out of business. The days of a good used dealers are over. Watch what you sign for. Go somewhere you'll have good warranty.
