It is a $500 felt coat-jacket that has to be cleaned in a very particular way which is listed on the tags. And someone here either ignored the instructions or didn't dry it properly bc it is now ruined and mildewed. I would very much appreciate a refund, as I don't like to unnecessarily escalate things. However, this is necessary. You ruined my expensive coat for a $23 charge. Honestly, I'd like a replacement and the $ back for my coat that you ruined.

Paid for it (shouldn't have ) took it out of the bag when I got home, still had my dogs hair on it , had dark marks on the shams that were not there when I took it in and also some unidentifiable matter on the comforter. Used a cloth with soapy water to clean all the random spots which came right out, so in my opinion these items were NEVER cleaned. POOR, POOR service. Would give NO star if I could.

They tear up more garments than any other cleaners I have experienced. They reuse the chemicals which is evident by the grey cast your clothes have after being dry cleaned. Their pickup/return times are ridiculous. They have taken advantage of being the only dry cleaner in Danville for several years. If you have a job that requires starched pressed shirts and/or you are maintaining a nice dress wardrobe this is not the place! After a number of years of struggling with this problem I started going to Newport cleaners in Brannon Crossing in Nicholasville Ky. I actually knew a group of Danville residents who took turns picking up and dropping off dry cleaning there. You can do the same amount of dry cleaning for at least half the price of Rainbow cleaners. If you value your fine garments and your wallet stay away from Rainbow cleaners.

I'm due with my baby any minute and I was laying in bed thinking of the things I have to get done! Great to find a spot where my crazy pregnant brain can find peace getting my laundry done at odd hours of the night. Firstly I was greeted warmly by the attendant, Charles and as I walked in further to find a machine to pick he showed me two I might be interested in. I picked the bigger one even tho my load wasn't that big because I'd rather have the extra room instead of shoving it all in there. He brought me a buggy without me asking which was very nice of him. I loaded up and waited in my car just because it's 2am and I want to watch YouTube videos without being rude to the other patron of the place. It's 2am on a Tuesday morning and there are 3 of us here plus an attendant. It's well lit and clean. I feel safe, so far so good. I used a 4 load machine w warm water which cost 5.50. It appears that your cost goes by your temp. Makes sense. I usually go to woodhill laundry all the way on the other side of town and have been for several months. I like Meadowthorpes hours though. Can't beat a 24hr spot esp when it's clean, warm, and has friendly service! The only 24 hr laundry's I have been to were sketchy. This ain't! Also decently priced I'd say.
