There's good parking. They opened a year ago in September 2025. Inside is a lively atmosphere and they offer tons of premium card collections including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and various anime. The vibe is super relaxed and alternative rock music was playing softly in the background. The staff here is incredibly kind and welcoming! Asif was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions, and even mentioned that more information is on their website. Reina was also very helpful and walked me through how they purchase cards from collectors. If you're into Magic: The Gathering, they host events every day. They had a Friday night tournament game that started at 6pm. Entry is $10 to $20, depending on the competition level. Currently, they run a draft format where a group of eight people get 3 packs each and pass the cards clockwise to build a deck. Each round is 50 minutes, and if players haven't finished in time, they go into an overtime roll which extends the round up to an hour. If you win the round, you get a brochure pack. Z was super nice and helpful to explain the mechanics to me, it's very intriguing and immersive, I may consider trying it out! Right next to the tournament room is a casual laid-back cafe called TK's Snack Stand, and there's good seating. Their menu offers assorted snacks, fountain sodas, and desserts like Melona ice cream and taiyaki. They serve instant spicy ramen with custom toppings to add like corn, boiled egg, kimchi, chopped spam, vienna sausage, and sliced beef. I opted for Cheesy Ramen ($5.99), which comes with lime, green onions, and nori seaweed topping. I also ordered an extra topping of Pork Gyoza (4 pieces, $2.50), and it was tasty! The ramen flavor is a mix of cheddar and mascarpone, and is so good and delicious! It's served stir-fry style without a soup base. Interestingly, they don't use a traditional pan. Instead, they use a Neo Cucina machine to dispense hot water, and Santi uses chopsticks to mix the sauce and noodles before adding toppings. I love the chewy, curly ramen noodles, it's a fun texture plus the cheddar and mascarpone flavor combo is amazing! Also, adding soft gyoza dumplings makes it yummy! I almost wanted to get another. Service from Santi is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and courteous. I decided to submit my first grade ever because I've never done it before so I went with Paradise Card Breaks due to a post on their instagram saying they now do Beckett submissions. On 6/6/26, I paid approximately $175 for a Beckett Priority 5-Day Turnaround grading service. Before submitting my card, I was told that the card would be shipped to Beckett on Monday, 6/8/26. 6/13/26, after reaching out to them I received an email stating that the card was only being shipped out that day. Which not sure if that was accurate because that was the day the shipping label was created and was actually shipped on 6/15/26, almost 2 weeks after giving them my card. The explanation given was that this was their first Beckett submission, not sure if the submission process from Beckett is different from PSA which they have plenty of experience with. On top of that I was told that he had off days and nobody else could take care of the project. While I understand that businesses can encounter issues, and everyone deserves their off days but customers should not be paying premium prices for expedited services only to have those services delayed due to a company's lack of experience or internal processes. The entire reason I paid for a Priority 5-Day service was to receive faster turnaround times. Instead, the submission sat for nearly a week before even being sent to Beckett. What should have been a 5-day grading service turned into significantly more time than what I paid for. After experiencing this issue, I looked through other customer reviews and found numerous complaints describing similar problems involving delays, communication issues, and unmet expectations. Unfortunately, my experience appears to be consistent with those reviews. Throughout the entire process I had to reach out to them for any updates through email with a response to wait up to 48 hours for them to respond. On 7/1/2026 I sent another email for an update with no response. On 7/3/2026 I called them for an update and they told me my card will be there on Monday as well as just telling me my grade without asking, was hoping for the surprise but oh well. 7/6/2026. Monday I received an email in the afternoon and went the following day to pick up my card. Based on the delay, lack of follow-through, and failure to meet the promised submission timeline, I cannot recommend Paradise Card Breaks to other collectors at this time.

To keep things short 5 months later my cards came back and that previously graded 9 came back a 6... Ok....Fine. But how come when I went to pick up my cards from Paradise Card Breaks, they handed them to me with, 1. No box - my slabs were wrapped in rubber bands. 2. Never received paperwork or emails from PSA (meaning no certification numbers or results.) And #3? How come when I called them asking for said certification numbers and PSA results, they told me they had a card show that weekend and that they would email me AFTERWARDS on Monday. Keep in mind it was a Friday I called and the show was Saturday and Sunday. How long would it have taken to pull up that info and send it to me? Hm. Well guess what. I still haven't been emailed or called or anything.... As a business they should have respected my concern. Not only because it's the right thing to do as a business, but because I have three binders full of cards and I already prepped 50 of them for my next submission I'll be sending ON MY OWN. That way I get the updates and results from PSA themselves. And I won't have to wonder if my cards have been swapped out or tampered with after 5 months of waiting and paying Paradise Card Breaks extra money for a 20 day turn around time. Last thing I'll say is that there's more scams happening than ever before. Don't be an idiot just because someone says they'll make it easier for you. It's a family-owned business by owners Albert and Mariz. They had a grand opening back in October 2021, and the store has been opened for nearly five years. Inside is bright, clean, and spacious! There's a beautiful House of Cars backdrop near the main entrance for a great photo op. The store is wonderfully organized into sections, and staff member Javier is so nice! He made time to show me the types of car models they carry and where to find them, I really appreciate it! From the main entrance, the left side of the store offers basic mainlines, which are the starters for collectors and features brands like Hot Wheels and Matchbox. The middle section has a larger selection for collectors, and offers a second level to collecting with harder-to-find models and a mix of brands like Mini GT, Hot Wheels Premium, CarTuned, and M2, with trucks and customizable model kits, letting you build exactly how you want. The middle aisle also have some highly desired mainlines of models that are harder to find, such as Johnny Lightning Cars, which is an older die cast brand. The display cases towards the right have custom modification parts to change up the car to your liking, including wheels, body kits, lowering kits, 3D printed parts, and you can add a wing or muffler! Also, the front right display cases are filled with truly hard pieces to come by like Hot Wheels, Hot Wheels Premium, M2, Jada, Mini GT, Johnny Lightning, and Red Line Clubs, which are collector car exclusive to online drops (exclusive online). If you look at the top shelf, you'll find the larger 1:24 and 1:18 scale models from Fast & Furious, Jada, and Mopar muscle cars and pickup trucks. Just a note, the 1:24 scale is smaller than 1:18 scale. I purchased a CarTuned car, a '71 Toyota Celica GT, it's so cute! It has a fun design with a very playful look. I like that it's spunky and compact, round and squishy with oversized wheels. Looking at it kind of reminds me of a bouncy car that's specially inspired by a Japanese "chibi" artwork, it's so kawaii! I also learned so much from the tour. They did a fantastic job renovating the space and making the atmosphere feel welcoming and inviting. There's even pop culture toys hidden all around. It's like a scavenger hunt to see what amazing things you can find, I spotted GI Joe, Deadpool, and Toy Story. Service from Javier, Donnie, and the owners Albert and Mariz is incredibly kind, accommodating, super helpful, and friendly!
