Most of the staff seem regularly engaged in conversations which each other. No inquiries to the customer about assistance, no engagement, no product knowledge, just a lot of people collecting paychecks. The owner himself is somewhat tactless with his communication. Seems to constantly want to prove he knows a little bit more about something than the customer, and when it's clear the customer is highly knowledgeable about a subject at hand, he shuts down completely. It's just a completely awkward vibe.

Update: After my original review, the situation escalated significantly…read more I was contacted by Paradise Card Breaks and informed that my card was stolen in transit after being shipped back from PSA. According to them, a police report was filed, and I was paid out the insured value for the loss. To be clear, this entire process--from the initial mistake of submitting my express order as bulk, to locating the card and resubmitting it, and ultimately the loss of the card during return shipping--reflects a serious breakdown in handling at multiple stages. While I did receive the insurance payout, that does not replace a unique, high-end card, especially considering everything that led up to this point. This was my first submission with Paradise Card Breaks, and it's hard to overlook how many issues occurred from start to finish once the card left my hands. I was offered additional PSA submissions as a resolution, but given how this process went, that is not something I'm comfortable with. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend using this shop for PSA submissions--particularly for higher-value cards. Customers should be aware of the risks involved. This experience resulted in the permanent loss of my card.
