However, as soon as I left the shop, they removed the tires and never put air back in them. My car has Run-Flat tires, which can be damaged very easily when driven without proper air pressure. Thank God I turned around quickly. I had not washed my car until today, September 30th, and that's when I noticed that one of the tires was missing one of the special Mercedes-Benz wheel-lock nuts. I immediately went back to the shop to explain what had happened and ask where the missing lug nut was. The owner--I don't know his name--was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help me resolve the issue, he simply told me that he would "see if he could help me." The special lug nut was never found. Instead, he gave me a generic replacement that was not even remotely the correct Mercedes-Benz part. I would NEVER recommend this place. They do not respect their customers, and their employees are not careful when removing or reinstalling wheels. NEVER GO THERE.

I plan on returning for an alignment on my car and new tires for my wife once hers need to be replaced in the coming months. Their pricing beats every auto repair chain in the area. Their service is always quick and their staff is always friendly, especially their mechanic. A little, possibly already-known, hack you can do is to take the diagnostics report that your auto repair shop chain creates for you after performing a service and bring it to Adams to see if their mechanic is able to help you with the repairs. They'll more than likely have to order the parts and you'll need to return again once they arrive but I can almost guarantee you the pricing will beat the big name auto repair shops.

They repaired both wheels and did a phenomenal job. They were also extremely quick. I was in and out in about an hour or so, which I really appreciated. I did notice a few nicks afterward that weren't there before, so I reached out and brought the car back the next day. They took care of it immediately and fixed everything at no additional cost. I had a nail in my tire and I arrived at 5:45 pm and by 6:00 pm I was able to drive safe to my house. I had stopped during my lunch hour and asked DJ the manager, if I could come back after work. They close at 6:00 pm, but he said that they would wait for me. I had called other places, but they refused to help me because of the time. Not DJ, he even called me and let me know that he had reserved the tire for me and that Abdul would wait for me to install the tire. If I had gone home with that tire, I would have had a flat in the morning and it would have been hard to get it fix and be at work at 7:30am. They were my angels. I came in the next morning for the appointment where I was greeted by Trevor. He informed me that I did not have an appointment. I showed him my call history and told him that I called the day before and made an appointment. He said that it wasn't their phone number, so I showed him on google where it is the phone number connected to his location. He seemed inconvenienced to accommodate me, but agreed to fit me in. About an hour later, I received a phone call where Trevor told me that I needed a brake fluid flush, a coolant flush, and a spark plug tuneup. I told him that I just had my brakes replaced and just got a new engine with new spark plugs. He continued to advise me that I needed these services and specifically told me that my brake fluid failed a test of some kind. I called the people who replaced my brakes, and they assured me that I did not need a brake fluid flush. I confirmed that my dealership did a coolant flush and replaced the spark plugs. I tried to call back but was left on hold, so I hung up and returned to the dealership. I told Trevor that I had confirmed that my car doesn't actually need any of the services he said I needed, and he rather snarkily responded "it was a simple recommendation based on the mileage." My impression of this interaction was that this Firestone location was actively trying to sell me unnecessary services either 1) knowing that I didn't need them or 2) without confirming that I did need them. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to this location.
