Kept calling me "bro", thought that was a tad unprofessional but hey, I am ok with it. Overall, he did install a new SIM card in my phone, which didn't fix the problem. So, after 5 minutes of looking around for a new phone, and listening to the constant roar of laughter by the employees silly antics, my sales rep came up to me and asked to try one more thing. He took my phone over and sprayed canned air in the SIM card slot and voila, my phone worked again. So, overall, my initial problem was resolved (and for free because it's a corporate office). The downside to getting it for free is that you are connected only for 20 minutes and the download speed is way slower than if you paid for it in mps bandwidth speed, so when you lose your connection you also lose what you were downloading unless you use a provider like opera that saves the file being transfrered, but still have to start over again. When its paid for, that problem is solved. Reguardless if you get it for free or pay for it you still get the same connected speed, that is concerning bandwidth connection. Also to be kept in mind for online gaming you get to play only for about 20 minutes then you are disconnected from the server and have to relog back in to epproach again. Again when you pay for it that problem is solved. Reguardless if you get it for free or pay for it its a good idea to install a browser that saves your passwords for you when you log onto a website. I use opera and that limites logging in isses for me, personally I love opera browser for such websites that I trust. Hope this review clears up some things for some people wondering about epproach. There is just one more thing when you have paid for it and have to contact customer support they do get back with you a lot faster than most sites I have experienced. I have seen as within the first 5 - 10 minutes of emailing them for any concerns I have had when I first paid for it. Since I work downtown I plan on doing the 3 months for the 50 bucks. Concidering the pros and cons for the 50 bucks for 3 months personally for my own needs its worth it.

When I contacted Spectrum, I explained they had installed a different package than the one we signed up for. They assured me they would correct it and adjust the billing to match the agreed plan. Today, when I went to pay the bill, the error had not been fixed. I contacted them again, and this time they refused to make the adjustment, claiming they "don't prorate bills." This was never about proration--they simply installed and billed for a package we never agreed to. Spectrum is engaging in deceptive billing practices. It's disappointing that they treat customers this way, especially new ones. A reputable company would have corrected its own mistake, had a supervisor reach out, and offered credits or additional service for the inconvenience. Instead, Spectrum is essentially holding customers hostage for extra fees caused by their error. This is egregious. Horrible customer service and fraudulent billing practices. I would not recommend Spectrum to anyone.

I talked to him on the phone for a long time and was even going to bundle multiple phone lines and more. they set up install appointment. well I wasted hundreds of dollars I could NOT afford buying equipment, a different phone, power to ethernet cable, repeater, and more. plus took the day off work so I could get spectrum installed. cancelled my starlink. I waited around and they didn't show. turns out they cant actually provide internet to my location . they just wasted my time and all that money I could not afford to lose. some things I may have to pay shipping to return, some things I got on fb marketplace and cant return , and my lost wages are just lost. frustrating experience. when I called to see where they were and told their construction team says it would be at least 280 days before they could get approval for a pole, if at all, they said that this actually violates their internal policies, that they should have gotten site approval before even putting the card on the gate. this cost me a fortune and it hurt and this was wrong and there is no accountability.
