We are so disappointed in the service we receive from Spectrum and are currently looking into other…read moreoptions. We've already dumped the tv services and chose direct tv. We also have several add on apps we like ( Netflix, Showtime, Disney). There are many ways to get great deals on the add on services, and just need to make the break from Spectrum internet. Mainly because several times a day it will not provide the 5G service and we have to restart the modem & router. They've come several times and claim our equipment in the house, is the best they have. After many techs couldn't fix it, they actually sent the Quality assurance person who told us the truth. We're at the end of wherever their fiber network ends in our area , meaning in easiest terms, their equipment is outdated and they can't get the okay to fix it. The problem is outside and throughout my neighborhood and we, being at the end, get the leftovers of what our multi- tech neighbors are using. I'm not sure if another service provider can help. All I know is we pay only for internet and it works like the old AOL log-on. You know, where you wait and wait for service that never works consistently. Hopefully none of you are experiencing the same!

My husband & I finally decided to upgrade. I'm embarrassed to say we've had our phones for years…read moreand both had a 7 plus. The good news is, I've been diligently been looking for a great deal. I finally found one AND both phones were getting the same deal. We had several choices of freebies, but we landed on the iPhone 14plus for both of us. We originally did this online, without any problems but my husband's old phone wasn't transferring to his new. Again, I had no problems ( that's meant as sarcasm since he had issues and I didn't!). So, we stop at this store on Bechtle ave. (I checked, this one has their current address, there's an earlier submission that has a different address.) So, to give props to this store. There were like 4-5 employees, all helping others when we got there. We didn't wait more then about 5 minutes and had a guy come help us with our problem. He actually had to call someone from some place .... Not sure who a tech calls when they're stumped. We had it all fixed within 20 min or so. I guess the 5 stars is mostly based on a friendly tech. A tech who couldn't tech that found a tech that could. The store is clean, modern in appearance and has all of the current techie stuff you might need. Hope we don't have to return, mainly because that means somethings wrong, but satisfied with their attentiveness.
