While trying to report a low hanging cable wire, your AI is no help. It keeps sending me to a tech, I'm just trying to report an observance of a possible problem in the making of a low hanging cable in my backyard that may cause me a future outage at 325 West Perrin Ave., Springfield, Ohio. Your AI, is no help at all and does not reply to any of my inputs to the problem at hand. read more

The lines in your store are rediculous. Both times I had an exceptionally long wait. I tried to upgrade over the phone, but that person diddled around for over 10 minutes and did not seem to know what they were talking about. read more

I have had Spectrum for about two months. I had an outage a few weeks ago but it came back shortly…read more They provided updates and information as the outage progressed. But this most recent outage has been already ongoing for almost 3 days and no updates given. I reached out to agents through phone and chat and no one has any information for a seemingly major outage. All they can do is just say I will get credit, which only compensates for time missed, but still I have to work around the large inconvenience of not being able to access internet for almost 3 days and no hope to get internet back any time soon. And the credits don't feel adequate for the extended period of no service. As an extreme example, if my service is down for the whole month, my bill becomes 0, am I expected to be okay with that outcome because I'm "not paying for the down service"? How is that okay? Overall terrible experience leaving me in the dark and not satisfied about the service at all.

I finally found one AND both phones were getting the same deal. We had several choices of freebies, but we landed on the iPhone 14plus for both of us. We originally did this online, without any problems but my husband's old phone wasn't transferring to his new. Again, I had no problems ( that's meant as sarcasm since he had issues and I didn't!). So, we stop at this store on Bechtle ave. (I checked, this one has their current address, there's an earlier submission that has a different address.) So, to give props to this store. There were like 4-5 employees, all helping others when we got there. We didn't wait more then about 5 minutes and had a guy come help us with our problem. He actually had to call someone from some place .... Not sure who a tech calls when they're stumped. We had it all fixed within 20 min or so. I guess the 5 stars is mostly based on a friendly tech. A tech who couldn't tech that found a tech that could. The store is clean, modern in appearance and has all of the current techie stuff you might need. Hope we don't have to return, mainly because that means somethings wrong, but satisfied with their attentiveness.

We were Sprint customers for years when T-Mobile and Sprint merged. I upgraded the four phones on…read moremy account online and required customer service assistance to do so. We received our new phones but we were not mailed enough return packages or return labels. Customer service online tells me I can take the phones to any T-Mobile store and they would do the return for us. So we stopped in this store I took everything they sent me and the guy behind the counter tells me he can't do that. I say well customer service told me you can and I went to show him the text and he explains to me that not all T-Mobile locations can access Sprint customers information and that customer service online will not always give you the same information that the stores will. He does however get a larger box another plastic and packs the phones carefully and applies the mailing label. He didn't have to do that he could have sent me on my way and I would have had to figure this out myself. So with his helpfulness all I needed to do was drop the package off at the UPS Store. So I'm giving this particular Sprint location the four-star rating based on this one young man's customer service.
