The price originally quoted got doubled because they charge for each unit and this house had two so be sure to make that clear when you ask for a quote. They also offer an annual maintenance plan which includes the filters which other providers I checked with don't include, but I prefer to use a higher grade filter so I buy my own and didn't think the price of the annual service plan was worth it for relatively new systems.

Instead, there is a $99 diagnostic fee to come out. - However, if the job total exceeds $300, this fee is waived; if it is under $300, the $99 fee applies. - While I respect the company's billing policy, I find it does not benefit the customer compared to competitors who charge lower dispatch fees ($49-$59) and wave the fee if accepting the job. - The fee should ideally be waived upon booking the job, regardless of the final cost. My rating is strictly a reflection of this rigid pricing structure, not the physical service work. (we noticed their van and its how we found their number. Maybe next time.)
