We have been using Ferran Services for air conditioning and plumbing issues for about 8 years now…read more We required a re-piping at our house recently and Eddie was sent out to do the job. Eddie was fantastic, he is professional and knows his trade well. The work was completed in timely manner and was done very precisely and neat. There was minimal clean up after he was finished. I asked a couple of questions while he was working, and he answered me very patiently and thoroughly. I really appreciate that. Eddie's helper Robert was very pleasant and customer oriented as well. From the moment we called Ferran regarding this job it went smoothly. Andrew was the first plumber to show up last Sunday morning and Mike the supervisor was great to work with regarding the scope of work and pricing. I highly recommend Ferran Services for any residential needs; I tip my hat to the entire Ferran crew. Thanks again Eddie for a job well done.

Once we put the word out that we were looking we were shocked at the number of GREAT references for OTHER companies. We won't use them again.

I am glad I stuck around after their staff change. I am beginning to see a major positive change with their current staff. Specially their technicians. I hope the company treats them right so they stay around. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the last two visits. I have not experienced last minute changes/cancellations lately. I hope they keep up that way. The office staff is very polite and responsive. They are in track on scheduling and following up on service calls. They continuously reached out for updates when ordering a part. I have maintenance package with them that includes 2 yearly maintenance service. Technicians have showed up on time and are very attentive to my concerns. Home services are never cheap. I believe I get what I pay for. In my case having the service package is totally worth it. All work was completed properly and to my satisfaction. I hope they keep up with the positive change.

The price originally quoted got doubled because they charge for each unit and this house had two so be sure to make that clear when you ask for a quote. They also offer an annual maintenance plan which includes the filters which other providers I checked with don't include, but I prefer to use a higher grade filter so I buy my own and didn't think the price of the annual service plan was worth it for relatively new systems.

We had a full HVAC upgrade and replaced the condenser, cooling unit, vent plates, and duct work. The team started in the morning around 9am or so and finished at about 6pm - for all of the work they had to do and having to access the cooling unit in a tight space in the attic, they accomplished a lot in a day's work. So far, we're very happy with the results and love the parts and service warranty they provide. Everyone was very kind and professional. Highly recommend.

My AC unit stopped working on Saturday. I'd used Frank Gay before and had their maintenance plan,…read moreso I called them. To Frank Gay's credit, they came out quickly and determined that the capacitor had blown. I was relieved because it was an older unit. However, the service tech insisted that my machine needed to be replaced. He said it was in critical condition and showed me the readout. He said it was over-amping and wouldn't last two months. Fortunately, they had a "special" going on for new units. Sounded like a sales pitch so I took a picture of the readout he showed me and uploaded it to ChatGPT. It said not to trust those numbers because they were way off and it looked like the probes were reversed. ChatGPT encouraged me to call someone else. So I did. Chilly Billy's came out today - two days later. The AC guy was named Nas - very easy to talk to and smart. He ran the same tests and determined that while my unit is pretty old - it's working fine. The numbers were well within manufacturer guidelines. They said they would not recommend replacing the unit. So, I learned I can't trust Frank Gay. I cancelled my maintenance membership and found a new HVAC company in Chilly Billy. I'm uploading the photos. One is Frank Gay. The other is Chilly Billy two days later. Trust is a big deal.
