It seems like it's down every few days and it's nearly impossible to play online video games, it seems as if it is very inconsistent or something. Don't EVER use the speed test on their website, it always will show your internet at ridiculously fast speed, but when you use a 3rd party speed test, the results are dramatically different. When it starts to lag every few days, I'll do a speed test on ALLO and it was show my internet speed at 90+ mbps, then I'll go to a 3rd party and it will be at about 3mbps. No joke, 3mbps. I rather have a slower internet that works consistently, than a fast internet that doesn't. I've also noticed it lags out at night time, anytime between 10pm and 4am. It's pretty annoying.

This is crazy. The phone call to cancel took about 45 min - the poor rep was required to hit me with all sorts of promotional BS before cancelling, I asked him and he admitted it! We signed up for automatically billing during installation, and then our service was shut off temporarily because for whatever reason the automatic billing was never put into place. We lost service yesterday afternoon, and over 12 hours later we still don't have it restored. When I called tech support last night after over six hours of an outage they still could not provide an ETA of when the service would be available again. The representative on the phone wasn't even sure "what was going on" at the tower site.
