My attorney scheduled the court date while I was…read moreout of town for work even after I told him I would be gone for 3 weeks and would be unavailable. He scheduled the hearing anyway and said i needed to put together an affidavit and get it notarized before I left and it would be sufficient evidence. Because I was not present for the hearing wi was unable to testify in court. The judge refuted the affidavit I wrote along with all of the photos and evidence I provided and allowed the tenant to remain in the apartment. I was charged almost $1,000 for the services from the attorney. I disputed the bill and he offered a discount on the service and was smug during this conversation. I felt insulted during the conversation and became angry due to not feeling like I was the client he is supposed to represent and he was doing as he wished throughout this entire experience. I paid the full amount and left their office. I do not recommend this firm to anyone.
