This is crazy. The phone call to cancel took about 45 min - the poor rep was required to hit me with all sorts of promotional BS before cancelling, I asked him and he admitted it! I already have fiber - nothing can be done to save my business. At that point they're just trying to make it difficult. This entire process is by design, time-consuming and difficult. When I called tech support last night after over six hours of an outage they still could not provide an ETA of when the service would be available again. The representative on the phone wasn't even sure "what was going on" at the tower site.
