This is crazy. The phone call to cancel took about 45 min - the poor rep was required to hit me with all sorts of promotional BS before cancelling, I asked him and he admitted it! I already have fiber - nothing can be done to save my business. At that point they're just trying to make it difficult. This entire process is by design, time-consuming and difficult. I'm waiting just to have a barcode reader scan my stuff - and they make me wait so that this person can again attempt to hit me with a sales pitch. They greatly misrepresented there internet service by telling me about all the wonderful features I would be access, the fast speeds, etc. while downplaying that it is basically a data package. I had heard that their customer service was bad and that is a gross exaggeration. If ever faced with a choice like this again I would do without TV and internet than deal with DISH again.
