I LOVE Rifle Paper Co, and it was so fun to see so much of it in stock here. I really didn't know anyone carried it locally, but I also haven't ever really looked for wallpaper before, so what do I really know? They are also just super helpful. It's basically the opposite experience to going to a big box store. Everyone in here cares that you're here, wants to help, wants to get you all taken care of. And, it seems like, unlike some other paint stores I've been in, they don't mind helping someone who is about as far from a professional painter as you can get. I have literally no idea what I'm doing, but they were helpful and nice. I've been in paint stores before where they literally didn't talk to you if you weren't in coveralls and have paint under your nails. This seems like a shop that is equally happy to help professionals as it is to help a professional dilettante like me!

I buy pre catalyzed lacquer, spray toners as well as touch up markers and fill & blend sticks. We tend to go through some colors of our touch up kit quickly so there are always things we need to fill in the gaps. Plus, I don't have to pay hazrdous shipping rates since I'm not ordering online! Big online store that starts with an A charges double for the aerosols, pretending it's free shipping but instead you are paying hazmat fees. Munger Paint looks like a modest sized store on the outside but it's amazing how much they have once you walk in the door.

We had a perfect experience here the other day. We were there on an overcast Friday, so they weren't busy. Every employee was masked, said hello, asked if we needed help, and then left us alone when we explained we were just kicking tires. While there are certainly some high end things, we were pleasantly surprised by the prices on some things, like lighting. We found many fixtures that we liked that were in our price range. I'm not sure what more I could ask for in visiting a showroom. I got lots of ideas, as well as an idea of what I can and cannot afford. I left with several catalogues. I was never pressured at all, nor was I made to feel like I was in the way for not being a serious customer, rolling in with dimensions and timelines. Fast forward go 2023, our faucets developed some flow issues and the plumber we hired to repair them caused more issues than they fixed. I decided to deal with the problem myself and went back to Ferguson to ask for help. Not only did the parts department take the time to find the schematic for my faucet (which is being retired by the manufacturer I learned) but when they couldn't find anyone who had the part in stock they took me to the Business Manager who took my info and said she'd look into it. Due to her help I'm now getting new faucets covered under warranty and she did ALL the work to help me! I don't know if/when we will do another remodel, but our fixtures will come from Ferguson for sure!

That's not my fault they should've honored the price. They did not do that. Proceeded to argue with me over it. I do not recommend this place to any one. There are other stores that you can go to such as Lowe's or Home Depot but what the price as it is is the price you don't find things stocked under the wrong price.
