The building was derelict and in need of a remodel, the individuals in the building highly suspect, and the staff rude and totally useless. I could have stayed home and been ignored, I certainly didn't need to travel here to have it done. We walked in and were told to have a seat and they'd be right with us. For twenty minutes we waited, the staff would look at us through the window, say nothing, not even given us paperwork to fill out as a new patient. Off to such a great start, I said f(&k it, and walked out. I will not be returning and will seek help at a more caring and compassionate facility.

He kept promising she would see one before she ran out of meds. Finally, she called his supervisor for help, was told she missed too many appointments which she missed because he made her uncomfortable and his incompetence and unwillingness to help her made her anxiety worse and was denied seeing a med doctor altogether by the supervisor until she could regularly attend sessions. She's in nursing school, has 2 jobs, a disabled wife and was made promises by these swindlers. I am appalled, disgusted and can't believe this place gets any clients at all. I highly recommend seeking care elsewhere because you won't find it here. They don't care about their patients and hire individuals who aren't fit to flip burgers let alone delve into the issues of mental health. Now my spouse will be without meds after 3 months of consistently asking for them and being told everything would be okay. Well, it's not.

If you do your homework, there are no surprises. Achieve TMS doesn't do ECT so wouldn't be using those codes; my guess is anyone who had trouble may have had a mix up with their insurance company. I'll second what the other poster said about copays. I was promised six ways to Sunday that biling…read moreissues would be fixed, but they were not. I was charged for ECT, which I didn't undergo. ECT is usually done in a hospital setting, requires sedation, and induces seizures. TMS is done in a doctor's office, does not require sedation (or muscle relaxers) and does not induce seizures. So, they're billing at higher rates for a treatment I didn't get. My insurance company now shows I owe thousands of dollars... despite pre-quals and determinations. Despite the director promising me repeatedly that I would not owe. Well, tell that to Cigna. Want an office that will lose your paperwork, misplace it, royally mess with your insurance and blame you? Look no further! And forget getting help from the director. It's amazing that this place is still in business.
